The location near the excel centre was convenient. i found the feather pillows and bedding very comfortable and clean. the range of breakfast choices was good. i particularly enjoyed the chicken schnitzel for dinner. It was generous and delicious!!!
i was not impressed with the rooms for the price. the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that i let my son sleep in the bed with my wife and i used the sofa bed. there were only four pillows for three of us. there was a lot of work going on outside and it took me a long time to walk to the excel.

parking was easy (a big plus for me!). the staff at reception gave a friendly welcome. my room, a twin room, was not only clean but also ready even before the stated check-in time. i appreciate it when hotels do that.
the bathroom lighting was not great for makeup.

The room was spacious and clean. the receptionist was kind and helpful. That was acceptable..
i arrived and was told the sofa bed would be ready. i had to go downstairs to ask for them to set it up. the lighting in the room was also very poor.

I found the lighting in the room insufficient. It was especially difficult to apply makeup in the bathroom because the lighting was so poor. I needed more light there. There was no way to turn off the lights individually. A single switch controlled all the lights. This made it hard to create a relaxing atmosphere before sleeping, or to read in bed without disturbing my companion. I needed a way to adjust the lights better.
